Sometimes I'll just write something down while I'm working on a thing or in a phone call or something, so that my severely lacking short-term memory doesn't immediately forget what I'm doing.
Sadly, my long term memory then proves to be just as lacking the next day, when I notice a note I then have no recollection of.
Currently looking at a random scrap of paper I've written 2232 on, with no other information.
I think I wrote this yesterday, but I've no idea what I was doing. 😬
