I've almost stopped using Google or any of the other search engines. These days I get my answers from ChatGPT or Perplexity.
The search engines present me with x number of pages with links to sites that might or might not have the information I'm seeking. Like a room full of boxes I must paw through.
The AI's look through the boxes, find what I need, and hand it to me. With an offer keep looking if necessary. Rarely is.
