I’m happy with the final result on this Flying Monkey Juicy Ass IPA clone.
Aroma is great, but seems to be settling down with time (🥺). Great mouth feel and bitterness.
Probably would not pass a triangle test to the original. I’m curious if the carared was truly key…or if I’m missing an addition that keeps hazy juicy IPAs fresher over the long run.
Ascorbic acid? Anyone with exp?
Oh, and b/c I missed my target volume it’s coming in as a heavy 7%. Large pint knocked me over.
