We peer into a pistachio-green plane of existence, but the edges of our vision are blurred because of our inability to comprehend the strange physics that governs this place. Floating in the inky green darkness is a structure of spindles radiating at regular intervals from a central spine. Each spindle is made of long overlapping leaves and looks like a long skinny ear of corn. What could it be? Further investigation is required.
