The latest Yubikeys support 64 TOTP keys (up from 32) and 100 FIDO2 passkeys (up from 25).
These are actually workable numbers. I might consider replacing my old blue FIDO-only keys. One thing that I don't like is that if I want a backup key, I have to register both in every place where I use it. And I wouldn't be surprised if some sites won't let you register more than one passkey at the same time.
As usual, safety margins make things harder.
