As a backend and recently fullstack dev (jinja2 + htmx + js glue), the #web power is very strong. You can do anything with raw divs, flexboxes, absolute position, etc.
The problem is, productivity is way down because to build simple stuff we must start from the ground up. For example, to add a sidebar to one section that appears when at least one element is selected, it takes hours instead of minutes.
As a frontend/fullstack dev, how do you build good looking UIs in reasonable time?
