Quite a surprising difference between these no logs, unfiltered DNS over TLS services, all outsource to CDN's. The response time is not great, I need to do more research into whether TLS is that much better than HTTPS with regard to security.
Have noticed a huge speed increase in DNS requests from just using dns.sb. With Load-balancing on all three end points.
