One thing I'd like President Kamala Harris to do if she is elected in November is start requesting that funding for certain parts of the US military be deallocated.
Why? In a nutshell there are no more global wars. Biden got rid of the last big one (Iraq).
I think they should partially defund the National Security Agency and some parts of the nation's defense intelligence such as DIA.
We have NIST and CISA. They could continue to develop cryptographic standards for both people and industries.
