On Monday, we will start a ”best of crossing the alps”, and make use of a company that takes care of our luggage. That’s why it’s not completely car-free: They will effectively drive our luggage (and that of others) from Oberstdorf to Meran. And from there, we will take the train back (fully electrified, yay).
If anybody has hints for next year (nonbeach, noncity, nonhostel), I'm all ears!
