So I have a Fiat Punto back in India, bought it 1 year before I moved to Germany.
It is hardly used, has around 50K Kms on the odometer but since 10 years have passed I cannot use it according to the laws there. It has to be dumped and sold for scrap!
I do not get this absurdity, 10 years and 50K is nothing for a well maintained car.
Why do we need to dump cars older than 10 years if they are fully functional.
