Between me and 2 kids, this is our 4th visit to the dentist in 3 weeks.
Regular cleanings. Then a spacer fell out, then something felt off for 9 so brought them in for another check up, now two fillings.
I don't know how parents without extended health benefits do this.
There is absolutely no reason dental care isn't covered under universal healthcare. Unhealthy teeth leads to more complicated (expensive) health issues down the road.
