lmao I just had a phone call with someone who misgendered me 3 times, even though he saw in the file that I want a genderneutral form of address. (the company in question is proud of being trans inclusive)
And one time that he misgendered me was WHILE APOLOGISING FOR MISGENDERING ME. Yikes.
