If he loses, it'll be because his incoherent bullshit is a liability even to the far right.
However you might want to look at what has happened historically when a candidate has said they'll abolish elections.
There was another candidate in a democracy around 80 years ago. Everyone thought he was a joke and would moderate in office. But he was openly anti-democratic in the few media interviews we have, and in his bullshitting at his rallies.
Once in a while, they succeed. Especially if the judiciary are favourable.
It's not my fight, I'm a European. And I totally understand about Genocide Joe.
But still, Trump terrifies me.
