Corporations have personhood so they should go to jail. The mechanism is really simple, say Microsoft gets convicted for antitrust, they get ten years in jail. In that time their assets are frozen and they can't do any business at all. Will their business still exist when they come out of jail? That's no more relevant than if my job exists after I spent twenty five years in jail for stealing a bicycle.
Say the Catholic Church gets convicted of aiding and abetting pedophiles. They get ten years in jail. In that time they may neither do business nor perform their religion in a business situation.
