Like even a fleet of like 2,000 Bakfiet-style cargo bikes would be more efficient at carrying cargo in non-tracked areas than a big rig.
I should know, I have to sit right behind one when I'm carpooling with my fam. Every time.
Not to mention that log trucks hog up all the forest service road space meant for the FS and dualsport motorcycles and cyclists up here in the McHills.
I have no hatred of truck drivers or people like them, but I really wish they would strike once in a while against the corps that chain them. They could be doing things that aren't horrible to your health, like going for a walk in the forest, or mountain biking or whatnot.
