@stardust This should be fine, if you tighten is like that. In the end you should not be able to move the baseplate at all when you heavily pull and twist the truck with both hands.
If the problem happens again, you can think of using a washer under the nut. You can also use a very thin pad under the baseplate (1/24" Riser). You don't feel it, but it improves the connection between truck and deck and also reduces the risk of breaking the deck.
